i think my budgies sick...

is my budgie sick... hes almost 2 years old.. and is usually generally happy and cherpy. he has alreayd done this once but now hes doing it again... he is showing weakness in his legs... he isnt landing properly and he is finding it hard to get up on his perch or stay held onto things. we havnt cut his nails yet but they dont seem very long.. but hes just really down and not showing cherpyness or excercise.. he just isnt using his feet properly..
do you know whats wrong?

Sounds like it's time for a trip to the vet. General weakness and lethargy could be a sign of parasites or illness. The vet can take a stool sample and do some simple blood work.
