My Tongue

I'm 15 years old and I have a white spot on my tongue. I've had it ever since I was a baby and I'm unsure on what it is. My parents tell me it's a milk spot but I've searched this up and they appear around the eyes or loads of dots on the tongue, not one big one. I feel very insecure about it and it's very noticeable as it's on the tip of my tongue. It doesn't hurt at all, and just feels like any other part of my tongue but it's just white. What is it?
