need help

I am working with an eating disorder therapist and a nutritionist.  I was anorexic, but have put on 10-12 pounds and I'm freaking out!!!  I don't want to purge and restrict again...I have enough health problems already. Yet, I know it would be easy to fall back into under the circumstances.  I do swim for exercise. I feel out of control even though I know control is an illusion.  My nutritionist is trying to help me to jump start my metabolism with my eating plan, but it isn't happening, or at least not fast enough.  Is there anything I'm missing?
Thanks for any and all input!

I don't really have a whole lot of advice, but I wanted to tell you that I'm in a similar place as you if it's any bit of comfort. It does make a difference as to whether or not you are in your weight range though, I do know that. There are also a lot of factors that come into play really? Where are you in your recovery? Hope all is well!
