After 8 treatments of Avastin and on cytoxan,  my results are increased intra abdoninal ascites, increase peitoneal implants anterior abdominal wall a large congomeration of implants measuring 4.7 x 1.5cm previous mesure 1.3 x 1.8  cm.  
large implant alon the serosal surface of travnverse colon 2.8 x 2.1 previos 1.7 x 1.4cm  

I do not want to go on any severe chemo like carbo taxol,  I was on topotecan, did not work, and doxil had bad reaction.  Can you sugget what else is out there, ?????

carbo/gem is very reasonable. also either agent by itself is also worth considering if you have a problem with counts.

Another option is to consider taxol as a low dose weekly drug (like 50 to 80 mg/m2). That regimen is usually gentle on your counts. You can still lose your hair but other side effects are minimal.

Other drugs that are bit off the beaten track but you could check with your doctor about:
hexamethylmelamine (hexalen) - oral agent
etoposide oral and IV - may be tough on blood counts
doxil as a very low dose if your bad reaction was skin toxicity

My Dr wants me to go with Carbo/Gemzar -  Im concerned about CBC because I had low counts with Carbo/Taxol and Topotecan.   Also concerned with stomatis, which I had with Doxil.

Any suggestions?
