Going from hot to cold often

I deliver newspapers to stores and newspaper machines in my hometown. In doing it I have get out of my car about 40 times in a period of 2.5 hrs. For the past month the tempature has been near or below 40 degrees every night and it has been giving me headaches and dizziness every night. Especially when I 1st get back in the car. I have been keeping the heater in my car on low or off to avoid the extreme tempature changes. Still there are about 10 places open all night that I have to go inside. I need advice on what is the best way to deal with this kind of situation
