If there are specific behaviors that are driving you nuts, try posting in the Child Behavior forum. You can't take a "shotgun" approach to this. Pick one behavior and work on it, and then move on. This will take patience. Just remember, you have about 8 years of conditioning to overcome.
Thanks for the additional info. I am not sure how it works, but I would think that keeping the court informed and involved would be in your best interests. Do you have a case worker or anything that can act as a go-between?
