My 4 mo old is on special neocate formula because they feel she may be allergic to milk protein she has now been on the neocate for a month her first week she was fine and then started becoming constipated so they had me half and half nutramigen with the neocate for a week now she is back to stright neocate this is the 2nd week and for the last 5 days shes been constipated and as of tuesday night she lost interest in her formula she was eating 5 oz every 4 hrs and 6 ounces before bed and 6 ounces when she woke up now i can barely force her to eat 2 ounces and she cries the hole time she eats the doctor said give her some juice to help her go to the bathroom but she wont drink that either. Iv checked her mouth and see no sores!

Suggest going back to mixing 1/2 Nutramigen (which is for milk protein allergy too), 1/2 Neocate so she is properly consuming at each feeding.
