I am here posting the question for my mother she has been complaining of anorexia and continous sweating and then suddenly she feels good and again she feel chilling and had a high creatinine level of 2.82 also her renal usg had impressions of enlarged pelvic calyceal system and the past five days she had sleepless nights and is on gruels only also she is having uncontrolled diabetes and is under insulin regimen please do advice the modalities that can be done to get a proper diagnosis of the condition
