MASTRABATION

I'm a male adult quadraplegic (cerebral palsy). I was brought by two of the finest parents anyone could ever have. But, sexual issues were more or less "taboo". Up untill approx. 20 years ago (I'mm 66), I was able to dicreetly "satisfy" my sexual needs Due to atrophy in my hands I gradually lost that ability.
I still have "desires" but don't know how to discreetly ask for help. Have looked at "toys" but would need help using them which for me would add to the embarassment. Have been working with a docter on this and we are both stumped. Any suggestions?
