I am 21 and I have had stumic pain for 1 whole month and I do a lot of things what do I do about it.

Hi,
You have not given enough details of your abdominal pain.
Peptic ulcer disease is one of the commonest cause of abdominal pain. An upper GI endoscopy has to be done to confirm it.
