renal cyst/adrenal tb

Can anyone help ease my mind.
40 yr old woman with abdominal pain (mid to right upper quadrant) & night sweats for 9 weeks so visit to doc resulted in admission hospital for abdominal ultrasound, x ray, blood tests & gastroscopy which all proved negative. Then did CT scan which i think showed cyst like area, couple of small stones and slight scarring on my kidney which together with night sweats led to thoughts might be adrenal TB and so have done blood test for that and daily urine samples to be submitted for total 6 days. Interestingly this all on my left kidney so they don't think connected with my ongoing pain (putting that down to probably an irritable bowel) and the kidney issue an accidental finding. They also plan an MRI scan. Question is why are doing MRI ....is it because suspect cancer/tumour or are there other reasons for doing it. Saying not an urget MRI and supposedly radiologist relayed back thought it was just a cyst. When asked Consultant whether any suggestion of tumour he said my age combined with appearance on scan and how it was reported thought it unlikely. After T test? for Adrenal TB how long before results likely to be available
In all of this my original and continuing symptoms are mid to right upper abdominal pain and night sweats.
