bad joint pains in knee and elbows

hi everyone. It took four yrs for someone to test me for lyme and i have it so they say i also took doxy 2x a day for six weeks never felt any diffrent now 2 yrs later i have even more pain i can barely bend down to zip my kids coats in the morning or to play with them every part of me hurts my chest my heart gets to beating so fast sometimes it's crazy. ever part of me hurts and i'm always tierd its ruining my life. so i guess i'm asking is there something out there that helps take this away or do we stay like this forever. And how do i get the doctors to see this is really killing me. I'm 28 with three kids and a husband and i need to be healthy for them my kids see me sick and hurting to much and i hate it. And when my kids say never mind you are to sick to do that with me i just cry b/c that not what i want them to remember when there older. please help me tell me anything please.
