13 years dormancy?

Hello,
I had Lyme disease 13 years ago. I only had it for about 4 weeks before getting on the Doxcycline. Recovery was fast and all has been well.
I have been sweating profusely at night as of late. Very reminescent of my nights 13 years ago. Joints sore. A new twist are these little red itchy bumps all over me. They are not close together but spaced 6".Sore throat,No Bells Palsy,
Do you folks know if this attack is my old bacterium. Similar symptoms, but these red itchy bumps don't look like any photos I've seen online. I did not see my first rash 13 yrs ago but was told my back was red. Also it seems somewhat improbable that it would wait so long to re-emerge. It kicked my *** so good the first time I figured if it was still here it would have gone for victory sooner.

I had the rash in 1992. Was sick for 15 months before I got treatment. I recovered to about 90% but it took about 5 years. It all hit again 13 years later after having surgery. I can't tell you if this is what is going on for you but it sure happened to me. My understanding is that lyme can lie dormant and then start up during periods of stress.
