Im suffering from extreme depression.  I have suffered and recovered from several addictions. cocaine. food restircition and over exercising. starvation. and now the latest is emotinal eating.  I always seem to fix myself and get better over a few months period.  but i have no motivation to fix myself this time.  I have no will power.  one minute i think ya. i'll start tomorrow then tomorrow comes and goes without change.  I have no support system except a therapist who only tells me I need to stop avoiding and ignoring my feelings.  I've suffered from depression since the age of five i am now in my twenties. confused. depressed. and desperately in need of some advice and help.

You can get some help and some online support community at my website, www.shrinkyourself.com.   If you take the twelve week program, you can get step by step help and not be on y our own, and use the information to work with both your therapist and the online support. It can help you with depression when it helps you find out exactly what is eating you.
