Understanding reading

Please help me understand what all this means.  Being diagnosed with a GBM grade IV according to MRI  scans, biopsy came back with 5 samples of necrosis.  Ten months later the last scan read this:The ring-enhancing bifrontal mass invovling the genu of the coprus callosum and sseotum pellucidum is unchanged. There is a stable mass effect on the bilateral fronatal loves without obstructive hydocephalus and midline shift. The left aspect of the lesion remains argely cystic with high T2 and low FLAIR signal.  Gradient acquisition demonstrates stable blood products about the perphereral ring lesion on the left side. The degree of peripheral ring enhancement appears slightly decreased compared to prior study. No new foci of abnormal parenchymal enhancement seen. Ventricles are unchanged. There is no evidence of acute infarct. Decreased diffusion with solid portion on the left side is consistent with high cellularity in high grad glioma. There is slightly decreased T2/FLAIR signal hypeeerintensity adjacent to the lesion and in the bifrontal periventricular and deep white matter. There nis somr fliod in the right mastoid air cells, slightly increased since prior study. What does all this mean?  My understanding was it was a high grade glioma that grows rapidly and they tell  me nothing has grown.  I do not understand this.  PLEASE help me interpret this report.
